- 120 grams measure after peeling Potato
- 100 ml Water
- 40 to 60 ml Coffee creamer powder
- 1 Raw salmon
- 1 Diced vegetables
- 1 Vegetables and fruit for decoration
- 1 Plain cooked rice
- 1 Carrot powder (optional, if you have some)
