- For Homemade Cream Cheese :- Bring to boil 1 litre of full cream milk. When it starts boiling add 1 tbsp vinegar. When it starts cuddling strain it. Keep it in a stainer for sometime so that all the water is strained out
- Now add this cheese in a blender and add 1 teaspoon salt to it and blend it to a smooth paste. Your homemade cream cheese is ready. Keep aside.
- Now in a small bowl, take 2-3 tablespoon of coffee powder and mix it with 3/4 cup lukewarm water. Keep aside.
- Now take the amul cream in the bowl and whip it with the hand blender till you get soft peaks.
- Now add 4-5 tablespoon of powdered sugar to the cream and blend it till you get stiff peaks
- Now blend the homemade cream cheese that you had made and kept aside
- Now to this cream cheese add little cream that you had beaten. Mix lightly with a spatula. Now mix it with the rest of the cream and blend it once again for a minute.
- Now take a cake tin. (Preferably whose bottom plate can separate). Take the digestive biscuits and dip them one by one in the coffee mixture that you had kept aside and line the bottom of the cake tin
- Now evenly spread a part of the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture over it
- Now again repeat the process. Place the second layer of digestive biscuits dipped in coffee mixture
- Now spread evenly rest of the cream over it
- Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hrs or preferably overnight. Serve it chilled
