  2. 60 grams Strong bread flour
  3. 2 tsp Baking powder
  4. 2 tsp Sugar
  5. 1 large Egg
  6. 50 grams Butter
  7. 50 ml Milk
  8. 1 tbsp ☆ Instant coffee
  9. 1 tbsp ☆ Boiling water
  10. 50 grams Chocolate chips
  11. 1 dash Cake flour for dusting

  12. Tip: They're still nice when cool, but I recommend putting them in a toaster oven to warm them up. You can store them in the freezer.
